The most efficient and effective way to improve how you feel, look, and perform comes from fueling your body properly.  How do you do that?  By eating real food.

What do I mean by “eating real food?”

Get your Protein from lean meats, poultry, and fish.  Choose your Carbohydrates from a verity of vegetables and fruits. Eat healthy fats from nuts, seeds, avocados and olives.  Avoid starch and sugar.

That’s about as simple as we can put it. Many have observed that keeping your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store is a great way to protect your health. Food is perishable. The processed stuff in the center aisles with a long shelf life is all suspect. You want to try to avoid it.

If you follow these simple guidelines you will feel better, look better, and perform better.  We can sit down with you and give you a more detailed explanation of how and why to do this, as well as how to make it work for you.
